Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying any required licenses, permits, identification, safety certifications, personal equipment, and protective gear.

Booking & Payments

A deposit may be required to reserve a service date, event, product order, or outdoor experience. Remaining balances are due according to the invoice, booking confirmation, or agreement provided by TE Outdoors LLC.

Failure to pay required deposits or balances may result in cancellation, delay, or forfeiture of the reserved date or service.

Cancellations & Weather

Outdoor activities are subject to weather, safety conditions, seasonal restrictions, wildlife activity, water levels, and access availability.

TE Outdoors LLC reserves the right to reschedule, delay, modify, or cancel services when conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond the company’s control.

No Guarantee of Results

TE Outdoors LLC does not guarantee hunting success, fishing success, wildlife sightings, harvest results, catch results, weather conditions, land access, water conditions, customer performance, or specific outdoor outcomes.

Risk & Liability

Outdoor activities involve risk, including but not limited to injury, property damage, weather changes, wildlife encounters, terrain hazards, water hazards, equipment failure, vehicle or boat-related risks, and other unforeseen conditions.

By booking or participating, customers acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

Products & Merchandise

Custom apparel, merchandise, printed items, promotional products, and branded goods may be final sale once approved, printed, customized, or delivered.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, sizing, artwork, colors, quantities, and order details before approval. Slight variations in color, print placement, material, or finish may occur.
